1. About Our Services
Tyre Legends provides mobile tyre fitting and tyre-related services, including:
- 24HR Emergency Call Out
- 24HR Emergency Tyre Service
- Puncture Repair
- Wheel Balancing
- Tyre Swap
- TPMS Replacement
- Valve Replacement
All services are carried out at the customer’s chosen location, subject to safety and accessibility.
2. Service Areas
Tyre Legends operates within the following areas:
- West Molesey
- Kingston upon Thames
- Cobham
Service availability may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, weather, and technician availability.
3. Bookings & Appointments
- Tyre Legends is a non-ecommerce service; tyres are not selected or purchased online.
- All bookings are confirmed manually after discussing vehicle details, tyre requirements, location, and pricing.
- Appointment times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or emergency call-outs.
- Emergency bookings take priority over scheduled appointments.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are confirmed before work begins wherever possible.
- Emergency call-outs may carry additional charges depending on time and location.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
- Tyre Legends reserves the right to refuse service if payment cannot be made.
5. Puncture Repairs
- Puncture repairs are carried out only when the tyre meets UK safety standards.
- Not all punctures are repairable. If unsafe, tyre replacement will be recommended.
- The technician’s decision regarding safety is final.
6. Safety & Access
- Customers must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location.
- Tyre Legends may refuse or delay service if conditions are unsafe (e.g. live traffic lanes, unstable ground, poor lighting).
- Delays or cancellations due to unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate vehicle and tyre information
- Ensuring access to the vehicle at the agreed time
- Informing us of locking wheel nuts, vehicle modifications, or known faults
- Keeping pets and bystanders at a safe distance during service
8. TPMS & Valves
- TPMS sensors and valves may fail due to battery life, corrosion, or wear.
- Replacement will be advised where necessary, subject to vehicle compatibility.
- TPMS reset or relearning is performed where supported by the vehicle.
9. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Advance notice is requested for cancellations.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a call-out charge.
- Emergency bookings cancelled after dispatch may still be chargeable.
10. Liability
- Tyre Legends is not responsible for pre-existing damage or faults.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
- All work is carried out with reasonable care and professional standards.
11. Changes to Terms
Tyre Legends reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version applies at the time of service.
